I started training with Joe about a year ago, I’ve had trainers in the past and none of them were as motivational as Joe. Like most women I wanted to tone up all over. Joe set me goals, some of which were quite hard- but I've managed to achieve them! He keeps the PT sessions motivating and fun so you never get bored. His studio is amazing, its spacious, clean and has everything you could possibly need including a shower. Seeing Joe has made such a difference, I feel fitter, have more energy and my core muscles are so much stronger.
